Delta really IS that bad. On Oct. 15 (four days ago) I arrive at the Montreal Airport at 4:00 AM for a 7:00 AM flight to Atlanta (and a connection to Bogotá). TWO ultra-rude, super-nasty women denied me boarding because I don't have written visa into Colombia. (Colombian visas are electronic.) I DO have Colombian Residence card that expires in two years. To get on the flight, I had to *purchase a refundable, return ticket from BOG to ATL* for $900, for no good reason whatever!! I waited in Atlanta for 6 hours - a full-fare, first-class, international passenger - in a plastic chair. They refused to let me use the lounge because - wait for it! - I didn't have Delta Airlines American Express Card, which I don't want and don't need. The women at the lounge were rude, rude, rude. I'm 70 years old, and I asked whether I could simply sit in a comfortable chair at the entrance."No." Next, after boarding the flight ATL to BOG, I realized my phone had slipped out of my pocket. I asked to retrieve it, but one bitchy FA told me I had "mocked" her. She called a high-level manager, who was OK, but he told me that I should have scanned myself off, retrieved my phone , and scanned myself in. Three international FAs didn't know that. I know the FA whom I had "mocked" lied, LIED, *LIED* to her manager about me. She caused a problem where none existed. En route, I looked right at the liar and told her, "There is NOTHING about you that I like." She looked shocked, but a liar should expect pushback from a "first-class," full-fare, international passenger who was repeatedly mistreated by Delta. Delta sucks. American isn't perfect, but they're pretty good. Fly AA and forget Delta.

Fantastic place. It used to be a town, now it's a rather large city. Its main attraction is Nahuel Huapi National Park with mountains where you can go skiing in winter or hiking in summer, lakes where one can go fishing for trout in spring, and open areas for camping. All lakes along the Patagonian Andes are glacier remnants.

At least you got help. My flight got back 6 hours later to Miami because of weather. Understandable. However, the Delta counter wasn't busy and while they had 5 people crying and frustrated and stranded at the Miami Airport and they refused to help the customers to book the lost connection. Instead, the supervisor that night, Tony, gave us a green paper with a phone # to call and figure it out, because the counter didn't book flights. Imagine that one!! Took 2 hours on the phone infront of delta counter with no customers to fix their shit.

I was considering buying them on Amazon, $21 for 12 pieces. Looks like I won't be buying them on Amazon. 😅 Your review was helpful!
