    What if normal operating pressure is not available. We have max operating pressure as 13bar and design pressure as 200 bar. So in this case what range can we select

      Dear Naveen, in such Case, you select the range of 0 to 25 Bar (or 0 to 21 Bar, if your manufacturer provides the same) and use Gauge Saver to protect the gauge from Design Pressure. Gauge Saver will not allow the pressure to enter the higher-pressure in the bourdon Tube of the gauge. Your pressure switch or transmitter (which you have provided) will Transmit the signal or alarm to control room to take necessary measurements. In case you require any other query, please send your concern.

I understand only one thing that if we want to uplift Process Industry, we have to ensure that New Technicians, Engineers and other instrumentation persons down the line are getting the knowledge.

      Dear Atul, Normally Gauge Manufacturers are taking the Strips of Different Metals and making the Combination of Bimetal Strips at their manufacturing location. You can check with manufacturers for the same. Please check with manufacturers of Gauges
