I change my mind about this fishing lake in Los Angeles. My original thought was this lake down right sucks, but after this trip I changed my mind. It's perhaps one of the best choices to go kayak fishing if you have the opportunity and time to go. There are schools of bass here and I take out on my adventure to find these bass.

The Pudd has produced some good bass anglers. If you can catch them at the Pudd, you can catch em anywhere.

Man that last fish was so close! Great video though I was nervous just watching it. You need to use a net to keep your catches from jumping overboard! I qualified for the Kayak Bassmaster championship with a third place win. Didn't catch nearly the big ones like you did.

and this is when nothing than FF gives you understanding what is going on there. You can see the fish and see the reaction.
🤷♂️ i dont know what you see. But there is no FFS on this video 😂. FFS requires a pole or transducer holder that rotates to aim at fish. The graph only had 2d and side scan on. Also, this kayak is a pedal drive with no motor. I do have FFS now, and I love it.

I love puddingstone, fish there 4 days a week (stay at home dad life). Silent cranks are ky bread and butter there, followed by big glide baits in the winter when trout are being stocked. Probably caught 200-300 bass there this year

That's probably because he doesn't want to apply force to the fish while grabbing it, it's worse when trout fishing and even worse if it's catch and release and it's flopping around

I came to your channel from a short I am subscribed and the first fish I caught was probably a sunfish I was like 4 I would have to guess and say that the first lake was farring pond mild Standish state forest just a question why don’t you tighten your drag onece u set the hook
Sometimes I use light line and a finesse hook. I like to use my drag more than others.
In my state it is illegal to be like within 50 feet of fishermen
