Thank you! Great inspiration! I live in Europe and chuckled at the "benevolent EU product restrictions". EU is pretty evil in most respects. Anyway, I have similar problems with my skin. Changing diet is the game changer. I promise!Headaches and exzema get much worse, if you eat anything made from milk (apart from ghee), and anything containing wheat. Just eliminating those two, plus sugar, if you can, will get rid of 2/3, probably. If you can, try to stay on fish/meat and veggies/sweet potato only, for a week, and and see how you feel.

Here are some breakfast ideas:oatmeal,warmed up muffins or bagels.Avocado toast.Some hardboiled eggs or cheese if you need to eat and run!

Breakfast is my favorite, traditional or an oatmeal with blueberries and maple syrup.
