you can tell throughout the game how their relationship grows. BT gains more sentience and calls jack differently. BT started with Pilot, then Cooper (or Pilot Cooper), than Jack, indicating how much he trusts him.

This is recycled from The Hurt Locker. Same idea, big explosive vest with a lock on it, man cries about his family before being left to die due to the timer. Can the story writers try and not plagiarize for one game?

I never heard a Juggernaut speak before in game. I could only transliterate some of what he is saying. Ne plokha |not bad|, idi syuda |go here/come here|, kusok der'ma(?) |piece of sh-- (first time hearing der'ma)| as chyort (sh--, d--n, and hell) is the usual word.
