It's called a trunk, not a boot.

I’ve got one and they don’t just randomly run out of charge and die, you literally get loads of warnings and the car limits itself to use as little power as possible like the motors acceleration gets limited etc. Also if you are on a trip surely you would use the screen directly in front of you and plan a trip that would automatically go via the supercharger network and they are stupidly fast to charge, before you know it you’re off again.

People are saying well what if you’re car runs out of gas? Well If you’re not carrying a gas can you can call a tow company and they’ll bring gas to you. I don’t think they’ll bring a charger to charge a Tesla. And if they do, I can only imagine how long that would take.
