A generic +10 weapon would be better. A better example is the astora sword 🗡️ and going down to the catacombs early game cuz that has the earliest holy damage you can get. And it's a rare drop but the dagger dropped by the ghosts bypasses needing to keep cursing yourself. When I first bought the game before patches I got the jagged ghost blade. Since playing remastered, drop rates are ATROCIOUS I can't get anything and it's clearly a way to force players to spend more time to fudge the play hours. I played and beat dark souls 1 without putting in as many hours as remastered cuz drop rates were fair. Once I got the black knight great axe I beat the game with that but I was getting all the utility weapons without trying to hard or farming as long.

I just heard of it today agust 14 2024 and i finished game may 1 2021 and platinumd it February 14 2023 i never met THIS enemy

Do you need the dlc Boss weapons for the achievement knights honor? cause I already have all the other rare weapons besides the silver knights shield and the black knight great sword the boss weapons, I just don't know if the dlc Boss weapons counts for getting the achievement

Did some experimenting with this glitch and I discovered it works with rods pyromancy flames and even weapons that cast spells like the demon scar and golden ritual spear, the buffs will also be cast regardless of the catalyst used, it also casts any buffs and spells for the character as long as you have the stats required for them and you don't even need to switch weapons for the buffs and spells so for example you can cast miracles with a pyromancy flame or you can quick cast soothing sunlight with demon scar and even buff without switching weapons because it doubles as a catalyst buffing it self and it looks super cool while buffed😂

This is what's missing from elden ring. Elden ring was my first fs game but it really needed more moveset variety like this
