Try lowring your tire pressure to 28 lbs in sand that worked for me you might want to try bf Goodrich t/a ko2 tires or general grabber x3 the lower air pressure worked for me with the bf goodrich

@@JasnoGT stock vs stock the Quadra Trac overland WJs or even some of the limited versions walk the standard WJs thanks to the typical wj coming equipped with open differentials compared to the overland having vari-lok I believe is how you say it locking differentials…now if you add lunchbox lockers to the front & rear or even just the rear of the typical 4.slow WJ they’ll be side by side in the trails but again the V8 version also got a not tremendously better but still better overall dana 44a rear compared to the 35 found in the 6cyl version but properly braced trussed etc I’ve seen some WJs still running a 35/30 combo locked doing great in the woods with 35s as long as your careful enough/know the limits of your rigs axles since anyone can break anything being careless….but when your wheelin sometimes care goes right out the window 😂 anyways best if luck with the WJ I’m a fan of them I have a XJ 2 WJs & a nice JK I picked up for my wife last year and they’re all very capable vehicles when setup correctly for the purpose you have in mind

@@bobbish782 I have been stranded a time or two in my WJ Jeeps, truth be told, but I can't bear to swap either one for a Toyota. The heft of the 4.7 V8 in such a light body is always good to have, plus, junkyards stateside are well stocked with WJ parts, whereby I'll always be able to patch up these old workhorses so I walk home from the woods less often haha.
