Hi Terry, how much does a bike of this calibre cost new, what was price of sale after 12 years. I last owned a Honda 750 Boldar but got too big and heavy for me as I aged. I now ride around on 125cc motor scooter in our south coast village lol

No I lived in that house when my dad was the principal of St Mary's Central - it was not a cottage but had the original school (Loungeroom) and then 6 bedrooms. Separate Kitchen and dining room. We had to pat the goat and cow to get to St Mary's High (before Target was built).

It was the actual school and principals residence before the larger buildings went up. I went to that school and was also on the P&C when my children went there. We had a "Stupid Stupid' female principal that wanted to knock it down so she could have a car park closer to her office. I had a nice long chat with Ken Dwyer when he was the mayor of Penrith and that is why those historic buildings are still standing.

The Bus Depot next to the Yard is CDC Charter and Commercial, formerly Hillbus(CDC) St. Mary’s. When I worked there I frequently seen PN trains on the line especially the limestone trains to reserve back to Rooty Hill

Hi Terry, Thanks for the videos. I would love to have a bike like that. I rode bikes from 1968 to 1988. My first bike I owned was a Bridgestone 50cc and the last one was a 1976 Triumph T140v Bonneville.

I drive a truck for ACFS who are the joint venture partners in this rail yard with Pacific National. When we started going there by road in our A doubles ( Basically a two trailer road train) our permitted route from Port Botany was to turn right into Carlisle Ave off the Great Western Hwy and then left into Luxford Rd. Go a few kays down and turn right at Palmyra Rd and left into Forresters Rd. Continue right up to St Mary's station and right into the driveway. If anyone is familiar with the area you'll understand our trepidation in maneuvering a 30 metre long truck that at times was nudging 80 tonne through such a highly populated area. We are now permitted to use Glossop St , with some axle weight restrictions in place due to the railway bridge located on Glossop St. Thanks for the video, It was great to get a bird's eye view courtesy of a drone.
