My bunny is making weird sounds. Please help.
Просмотров 42 тыс.9 лет назад
I'm worried because my bunny has been making weird sounds. I already took him to a veterinarian. The vet wasn't sure what was wrong. He gave my bunny antibiotics just in case. What do you think is wrong with my bunny?
Pls send To a vet to check your bunny breathing , maybe lung problem , hope nothing is wrong
IF he is eating .. and drinking watter .. is nothing wrong he is fine .. but if he is NOT eating .. or drinking ... ASAP ,, to the best vet ,,, cuz this is the sigh of near death
ITs just happy and want attention :) so cute
Yes definitely bring it to the vet bc it might be fluid in the lungs or somthing else. My oreo who looked just like this one was doing the same thing but in my case I waited too long to bring him and it was too late. Plus when I adopted him the poor thing had multiple problems.
This is a happiness noise! You might need to get a bigger cage<3
Is that respiratory ?🤒
It’s honking
Please make the little guy a safe fenced-in play area where he can run freely outside those cages. They are far too small and totally unhealthy for any rabbit,
Please take your rabbits out of that small cage okay :) rabbits need room to run around and move they’re supposed to be running in big spaces, especially two rabbits need more space. Mine has a pen area which is around 2 meters wide so she can move around and not become depressed during the night and when i can look after her shes free the whole day and won’t have problems caused by the fact she isn’t moving enough. We need to get rid of the idea that bunnies belong in small cages because that is completely opposite, it’s very cruel. I’d also advice giving your bunnies water bowls, bottles aren’t good for many reasons.
the cage
😂😂😂 You don't need any help, that bunny is extremely happy!!!
Oh my god I thought mine couldnt breathe thankyou
Same my female bunny make sound like this too and I'm so so worried please tell me if this is totally fine ???? Huhuhu
He is very happy! That sound is good! But I would advise you to switch up his/her living situation it seams he/she doesn’t like it, and I can tell it’s not big enough, keep in mind house rabbit society states that your bunny should have at least a 2 by 4 foot space (which is small for a bunny) where the bunny can fully stand up, and if you had 2 bunny’s it would 4 by 8, feet, 3 bunnies 6 by 12
your rabbit seems like it is chewing on something or has a sinus infection, also i saw the two very small cages in the backround that i dont think a rabbit should live in and if you cant provide free rome or a much larger cage i would put the rabbit up for adoption so that a more sutable family can adopt it xd
A rabbit does thus when it thinks its about to maye and to expres the enjoyment
My 1 is making a loud noise and the girls are in one cage so i donent now
Mine does that too lol😂🐰
The poor thing is terrified it might die take it out of the cage please :( there’s honking when happy and then there’s this breathing this happens when scared
Rgifci
My bunny makes that noise but she’s so scared and runs away from me, I would never have guessed that means she’s happy! I thought either scared or aggressive. I’m looking up videos to see though
It can also mean the bunny is agressive it depends
Omg i got a rescue rabbit she she did that I thought she was stressed bc I had to grab her to put her away (she dose not like) so I thought she was having problems and I stayed up all night then I read the comments on this
My bunny is also making weird noises
Ppl says is happy thats why first I thought like that but when i saw u holding him and the sound became loud I thought about to visit a vet
He sounds like he’s doing his little evil laugh
Omg! Your bunny is basically identical to mine! I am shocked with the similarities!
Aeny Layce same
Same
It just means happiness it’s nothing to worry about my rabbit does it to
I think he is just excited to be out of that small cage... Really that cage is to small and you have two bunny's in there.rabbits don't belong in cages if they have to be in a cage get a bigger living space for them. please I hope you take my advice.. If you need more help with your bunny's check out the channel Lennon the bunny. It is a you tube channel just about rabbits
It means they’re happy it’s not something you should be worried about
He seems like he has respiratory problems.
Did you find out what it was? My rabbit is having similar problems
You should take him/her to the vet. I think their something bothering them.
No worries!! It's called grunting, which is rare for people to hear from bunnies, BUT it's completely normal.
Omg mine does this too 😪 I’m worried for her
He looks exactly like mine
That cage is way too small, and bunny’s don’t like to be picked up, you should pick up your rabbit only when necessary. It could really stress out your rabbit
Yessss
Wow noooo they are not crappy pets they are animals of prey and when they are being picked up they feel vulnerable. They like to be on the ground, they have safety and control on the ground. I foster rabbits and own my own and all can be picked up however they don't like it. Again that's the difference between prey animals and animals of prey. But NOT crappy
@@grandekuki You should never have pets if that's your attitude
@@grandekuki Animals have feelings to you know…
Sounds like you need to feed him to a snake LOL
Kurtis Price Uh, no.
According to google (not sure if this is true but I think it is) he dosnt approve or want to be handled. I am saying this in your rabbits best intrest, that cage is WAY to small for any size of rabbit
aubr3 11 agreed! A large play pen would be so much better for the two of them. They need to have space to run around freely
It also means he's happy
he’s unnetured that’s why i think
Here is the Bunny Breed:Lop Eared.
My bunny makes the exact same noise. Vet put a scope down his throat and found a small nodule just above his glottis, just deep enough to require microsurgery to remove, well above 5k for the operation after MRI and then surgery. Its like a snore flap that makes noise on every inhale and gets louder with age. We opted for an anti inflammatory regimen which has worked for 3 years so far.
Its happy
My bunny is making that sound... Please tell me what you found out!!! Please
If it is a continuous noise that follows their breathing, it could be a polyp. Its apparently a common thing for dwarf holland lops, my bun looks exactly like this little guy and has made this noise for several years. Its not the happy grunt, its a little flap of skin inside the airway
Dose it happen all the time
Or a respiratory infection
That means they are happy
My Bunny Is doing this too 😢
Mine does that too
me too but my rabbit is grunting slower than this one I think she is sneezing
He’s just pretty annoyed and wants you to leave him alone for a while. He’ll be perfectly fine :)
Just shoot it dude
