Word of advice if you ever do a replay mission on the library and had to deal with the books when trying to get to the collector use the stasis stream on the books it's a bit quicker in my opinion that's all I have to say and be sure to scan any ghost/monsters you can because certain and specific ghost paranormal or monsters have specific weaknesses that can work on them be sure to keep that in mind

There was assasin in the end who came to kill Kayser to the camp and guards killed him because you didnt kill him before. So now he is dead, so you finished the task. 😉

You will get more potions each time brewing, when you make fewer mistakes. For boiling one turn, you need to pull the bellows three times. There is no boiling before. For boiling two turns, you pull the bellows four times. Pulling the bellows only one or two times doesn´t do anything. You also didn´t distill the potions. To distill, you have to use the phial on the bottle below the phials. When "still" is highlighted, use it and then pull the bellows for two times again for the distill process.

I know you feel sad that Kcd is near the end. But you're not even past halfway in terms of doing everything this game has to offer. I'd suggest doing a second playthrough (maybe rush through the tutorial) then focus on all the side quests after you take pribyslavitz (thats when nearly everything unlocks). The side quests are on par if not better than the main quests in terms of fun. Yes the "rewards" are useless, but it's about the journey, not the destination. Also when you fast travel, try to stop and check out all the possible encounters, unless I've missed it/forgotten you haven't met the riddler yet, or the faint hearted knight. Also just going on killing sprees can be hilarious.

Access to the common chest is why I make sure to rent out the room in the Talmberg inn permanently or I do the quest that gives me other accommodations in Talmberg (fun quest, so many twists and turns). My first playthrough had many similarities to yours. 😊

Locks vary in difficulty, so one hard lock can require level 4 and another hard lock can require level 9, im not sure which exact difficulty it is for the chest You might need the ”padfoot” potion to increase lockpicking but because its controversial its not sold by everyone for example the rattay town apothecary I recommend looking up a recipe online (you dont nees to ”know” the recipe, as long as you follow the steps) Or you could just go there and try your luck, otherwise then go get the potion if it fails

I don't know if you have noticed, but the game doesn't give you the dice as proof that you killed him, i think it's a bug, i usualy knock him out or pickpocket him inside his cell to get it.

Boiling isnt the most important part of the recipe, so failing it will be much more forgiving than other steps, So while boiling it wrong you could still succed in making the potion, but when higher level, if you do the boiling right you can get 2-3 potions but if wrong only 1 potion, When asking to distill, the still is in the lower left, after picking up a phial you can hold A on the still to complete the potion, there is a small text in the help section Im seeing you are pulling the bellows once (pressing LT once) and flipping the sand thingy, to ”boil” according to the recipe you need to get it to bubble for a certain period (one turn on the sand) as i wrote before, by pulling 3 times in a row it will boil for one turn, pulling 5 times in a row boils for 2 turns and pulling 7-8 tiles boils 3 turns. (No need to turn/check the sand)

I knew you were going to hate this quest!😂 but you learned a lot, like cancel waiting for the exact desired time and you finally read the book with your daily tasks😅 the part of the dialog where cellarius will trade lockpicks for food is really misleading , he will simply buy food from you so that if you sell him enough you can buy some lockpicks maybe....now for some tips: you can find one lockpick behind the altar in the big praying room and you can even find the keys to the monastary in the last room from the dining hall somewhere on a shelf, you also find food there to sell if you want. You can also steal the keys from the abbot yourself, but you chose to neglect your stealth skillz......😂 good luck in the next episode! One extra tipp: if you open any door and take one step outside. You can swap from and to your horse......

I love the monastery quest. So calming. I always spend at least a week of in game time inside, finishing all the side quests inside. I also practice pickpocketing all the monks during prayer time. 😅 This was a funny episode. I had no idea committing a crime before going inside will cause the circators to constantly lock you up. 😂 I loathe the circators regardless.

LOL! The reason why the Circators keep throwing you in jail is because you committed a crime before entering the Monastery. You did it when you "mugged" Karl's guardian. It wasn't registered as a crime then, but between the time you talked to Radzig and then returned to Sasau, it had been reported. In theory, the Circators shouldn't have known that without also knowing you were an imposter, but... :D

Press once left om the d-pad, instead of multiple times right side, to go directly to value sorting If you ever are uncurtain about what to take, i would say anything at or over 100 worth/1 carryweight The price you see on broken armour is the price traders will get you, the damaged armour was 1.5k, the new condition one is worth 2.3k The trader has a set percentage it will deduct from the price, for example a map worth 100 base price (value seen in the inventory) will give you maybe 22 at the grocer that isnt very intrested in it Saying to the innkeper ”multiple nights” gives you a permanent room for the rest of the game You are about 70% through the story i would say Try mashing RB instead of RT in a clinch, the animation is shorter and the enemy is closer so its easier to land a hit after I saw you were missing 1 belladonna in the recipe, probably why you failed, you can buy herbs from nicadimus and the alchemist in rattay Gamechanging tip for alchemy Dont stop inbetween pulling the bellows 3 pulls on the bellows = 1 turn 5 pulls = 2 turns 7 pulls = 3 turns Shopkeepers take some days to refresh their wealth (ex in sasau) and they will sell the things you sell them slowly increasing their wealth throughout the game You have alot of money, but one dlc will require alot of funds so dont go wasting it all (i do approve of the armour purchase it was a good move) Dont use shield and longsword, you wont be able to make combos and im pretty sure you will be much slower with your attacks, also longswords have decent defence stats If you want i can reveal the treassure location (so for free) for the best long sword in the game, its almost considered OP but its up to you if you want it, just say so in that case

By the I would strongly suggest you do at least some of the DLCs before continuing with the main quest. They are all definitely worth it and if the main quest is finished already, they feel like a bit random (and some take quite a long time). At least get the dog please (from Theresa)..

The failed objectives like Find out who works with copper And Find rapota Is just optional objectives to finding the mine shaft, so its not a ”failed” objective, its an ”has not done” optional objective to reach the same goal
