很大一栋房子，当年建起来多不容易
黄瓜做成瓜皮，非常美味。第1步用小嫩一点的黄瓜每个瓜戳多一点洞 用开水焯一下。第2步放口袋里大石头压24小时，然后放一层瓜一层盐坛子密封，7天左右就可以吃。可以炒辣椒，可以炒肉。留一两年没问题
白斬雞的最簡單的做法，鍋子的水煮開，放幾片薑片，少許白酒，處理好的雞放入鍋中，改成小火燜，視雞的大小燜25分鐘至35分鐘，就可把雞撈起，淋上白酒泡鹽的酒水，等涼一些在斬，雞肉比較不會成碎塊。
