In My first game I played as the soviet union and I immidieatly started justfying wargoals against poland and the baltics and then declared war on estonia and forgot to send troops to the front before doing so and I didn't even know how to do so so I got steamrolled by estonian and british forcesand on my second playthrough I learnt how to organize some armies and I was getting ready for the war with germany just to find japan conqeuring half of siberia

So how the navy works is you go to this little thing called "console" and write research_on_icon_click and then click on all the cool boats and weapons. All that is left is opening instantconstruxtion and producing 1000 submarines and 794 destroyers.
