The thing is that I just shed tears but not fully crying, which is what I know I need. Its really painful to feel the strong feeling in your through and shed like 4 tears but all of a sudden the feeling fades away completely and you feel empty instead. This has been my problem for 7 years now.

As a woman, i cry 5.3 times a day.

I cry atleast 4 times a week, even more than that. I cried watching movies, reading books, listening to other people story, but most times it's just wondering why always bad things only happen to me. I know i have a good mind and soul, i always wish good for others. But why am I the only one getting hurt at the end? Sometimes I hate myself for not being strong enough. People don't take my tears seriously(as I cry often, they even make fun about it) but the hurt is still a hurt, it hurts as much as it always hurted.

had a mental breakdown because alot of issues going on in my life and i decided to play a game for fun. i chose roblox and played with my close friends, my friend invited her friend to play with us. it was pretty fun and made me cheer up, while talking to my friend, my friend's friend called me "annoying" i didnt tell anyone anything and told them i just wanted to go to bed. i ended up crying 2 hours straight because i was always called annoying growing up and it really hurts me emotionally. if you think a word cant hurt anyone and is just a joke, please rethink and be careful with your words :)

Sometimes parents dont understand.. They treat us like we have mo emotions.... They think we'll get straight A's like... If you get straight A's so that means you wake up all day and nigh just to study.. Parents think we don't cry we are happy al day all night..whenever i accidentally drop my phone or disrespect someone she....like takes away my phone like what does taking our phone away does? I swear if she read this....my phone..gone..i have an RUclips channel and working hard all day al night and she be like.. "Stop doing those stupid little animations you worked all day and nothing happened" like seriously she knows that it takes time to get famous and get money but still.....so i accidentally dropped yogert and she hit me so hard.. I dont understand why she hates me so much.. I always have to put a fake smile... I CRY EVERYDAY

I cry really easily over the smallest things, like when I watch a sad movie, get yelled at, or feel pain. My siblings call me “sensitive” and compare me to my little sister. My parents get annoyed over it and say I’m might be the only one who acts like this in my school. But after seeing this video, I realized other people cry easily to and I wasn’t the only one.

I've been told things like "Don't be childish" or a "crybaby" by my parents (especially my dad by the time I came out to them as nonbinary and he wouldn't even try calling me by whatever I felt confortable to be called by then) and our vice principle at school who realised without me coming out and first gaining my trust and then sharing it with another teacher whom would be the last person to talk about this stuff, and because of this I stopped sharing all that with. (She told me in front of everyone that I was acting like a child when I started crying after they harshly told me I couldn't stay in the same room with my friends who were 9th grades on a school trip containing both 9th and 10th graders. I didn't cry because of it and I expected her to realize it but she was too angry that day and she didn't realize I broke down because it was a stressful environment in that room, with everyone talking and trying to find a roommate and I was still trying to get over the fact that I had to go with the girls because how else was it supposed to be? They called girls and boys seperately to put everyone in groups of three and that teacher took me from my class, I remember. Back then that kind of a thing would make me want to st*b myself yet I didn't cry at that, but the way those two teachers treated me in front of everyone, making them think I was being dramatic because I couldn't stay with who I wanted to stay. Today I remembered this and I wonder, I know it's not a weakness to cry, rather it helps you release stress hormones but also puts you in a disadvantaged position in arguments and other things like what I experiences in early high school years. As I watch this video I realised the reason I'm super sensitive now might be because I've been treated this way for crying before. I wonder how much of my tears should I show the world

Hi all,,who are like me, I started seeing changes in myself from 2 years now. Am not saying i quit crying but see why we cry?? Just think thoroughly u will get it. *May be by childhood trauma *May be as a child I wanted attention or sympathy *May be bullied in childhood by friends or family *May you were always one who looses *May be by not getting support by parents in front of family or friends. So here when it comes to the present this all subconscious memory travel around ur mind when u feel stressed or insulted or frustrated by life. So just think good moment happened recently and say 'Am going to be strong so don't cry my dear"your name" ' put your forehead up so you will stop crying. That works.❤

I don't cry about anything but sometimes i do but its big things, i cried about small things today. I wont let it get to me since knowing that people and rude and dgaf about your life so i try to not react but i will never forget them. I swear. I will never. Forget them. Until i die they're always in my notes, why am i keeping them in notes? So i can pray to god that i'll never see them again. My tears are drying while typing this. So typing helps me i guess. Or maybe just because im not thinking about it but im typing about it.
