Excellent. Very clear, practical advice.
This is extremely helpful, and enjoyable given the two articulate lovelies presenting. I went to UF as an undergrad, not pre-law. Forty years later, in Oregon I am pro se in a civil case, as plaintiff, learning how to prosecute civil claims against defendants who seriously violated my civil rights.
This is very helpful. Thank you.
So, where does "Abuse of Court Discretion" come into play.
Great strong start
The example of "good" legal writing at 10:57 (roadmap paragraph) is also an example of passive voice. And it is proof that rules can be broken, because most good writing advocates say to passionately avoid passive sentences!
This was a awesome video. I had a question . I filed a appeal with the court of appealets . It came back dismissed due to lack of finality, did I file too soon. Should I have filed after the decision to remend is made? Would i have to repay the filing free again. If I'm able to appeal at that time?
GAL’s disproportionately harm fathers and those of lower economic status.
Very good presentation! I'm glad I clicked on this CLE.
GAL’s are awful. The role needs to be done away with.
What if the attorney lied and said there was a mediation and there was not!! Then what????? Lieing attorneys
Traffickers.
Thanks
I tried to start Lawyers Without Borders, but people in other countries kept shooting down our planes.
So you left this up after it expired? Nice.
What time do you want to go with me to you and your team is not a very good
You are not teaching the write brief You don't know the basic point of brief By Advocate Rajendra Singh Charan
Florida family court attorneys are not disciplined enough. They are grossly profiting off the backs of women and children of domestic violence, intentionally placing children in harm for cash… a criminal investigation into the Florida family court system is overdue
How do I become a Guardian Ad Litem?
Can you file a motion for reconsideration on a final judgment
Well definitely depending on who was in the position of discipline of using punishment because of there discession making in how the breakdowns team situations in support situations of obligation to team situations sucess in being first to recover resolve business disputes in different ways would be considered completely confusing because of how the breakdowns of team information was updated or left out of assignments in miss understanding communication or possibly many other reasons
Then you get your case dismissed for failing to raise the issue
Exactly lol
Excellent!
@freefloridacle7974 I would like to speak with you in regard to judicial in Nj. Currently proceeding on an appeal (civil).
I put my jacket over my face (while laying down of course) to block out ANY distractions! Extremely difficult to hear but I did get to decipher some good suggestions. Bad acoustics-had to hang on every word. But thank you still for the CLE credit despite same😊
11:29 - To Sum It Up
nope not true they report what dcf tells them too
so why do they get to file false reports to the court with no consequence
Excellent description!
The course is not recognized by the Florida Bar. Can anyone help?
Some of you will be much better communicators if you would become mindful of how many times you use the word, "um" when you speak, and remove reference to that word completely from this time forward.
Good tips. Well presented.
If I file a motion for reconsideration, will I need to set it for a hearing?
Unbelievable your kidnapping and collecting money from your gain
Stop kidnapping children
Excellent presentation.
The course isn’t showing up on the Fl Bar cle portal. Can you double check the code?
Excruciatingly painful to listen to.
Don't bother with this one. Difficult to hear the speakers. Will annoy the heck out of you.
what is that link for all the florida statues that dont fall under the 23
Now that I'm entering my CLE credits, I started to remember that this was an extremely informative presentation that can be implemented in the courtroom immediately.
Great video. We studied Norkin in Introduction to Lawyering at UF.
I have a severe domestic violence situation, with a child invovled. How could I get assistance
Excellent presentation it shows the importance of always following the procedural rules no matter what jurisdiction one is doing business in. Much thanks. Great upload
Can a judge use judicial notice on pills
Amazing information truly appreciate your great service
I have chosen to provide pro-bono work in the same exact amount and spirit as do Physicians, Web Designers, CPA's, Retailers, Drivers, and all other professionals and "needy" persons provide to me.....no more, no less. PRO-BONO........
Right there with you. The purpose of pro bono is to rehabilitate the reputation of lawyers as a whole. I don't chase ambulances or file moronic class action suits, so I'm not the one who ruined our image. Let the tort bottom feeders do pro bono.
Nice!
My experience with a guardian was someone that easily collected a pay check with no work done and served no purpose. He was easily manipulated by my spouse who played the victim.
Wrong type of Guardian. Guardians ad litems don't get paid.
Yes they do
@@elizabethbreland1347 I was a Guardian Ad litem they are volunteer and do not get paid.
@@elizabethbreland1347 ruclips.net/video/ZG4wbW8xuaI/видео.html here is a video for you.
Great video. Very insightful. Much respect to the Gal program
