Is it noisy?
not at all, when it just starts cooling it can be a little noisy but nothing too loud. Once the room reaches your desired temperature its very quiet. If you want it to be silent you can turn on sleep or silent mode and it almost doesn't make any noise. You forget that it's on.

Just got one of these. Set it up. Blows warm air, won't cool the room and blows for about 4 minutes and then makes a shut down noise. Blows softly for about 2 minutes, picks up speed and starts the whole.cycle all.over again. Thebinstructions tell you what the buttons on theb7nit and the remote are for but not howntonuse them, much like this video. This was a gift from a friend. IT DOES NOT WORK. If someone knows how to work this crappy thing, I would appreciate a lesson or two. Other wise I'm going to replace my window unit and return this.

@@michaelcortez9131 on this specific remote that he has in the video it doesn't seem like it has the HEAT and COOL buttons. But you can see a little symbol drawn on the remote, so you hold the UP and MODE(left) buttons instead. hope this helped
