It isn't just the high price of housing - it's the high price of everything. Food pricing in VT is estimated to be 40% above national average. Where do the farmers stand on that? Healthcare is so expensive as to destroy whole generations yet UVM expands relentlessly while the nurses demand more pay. Same with schools. Lest we forget the fuel mafia. And how can we ever increase housing affordability when lower prices only equals greater demand - not to mention VT Futures crusade to erase history and place 250,000 additional residents here.
