Ive always hated how we filipinos are so scared to eat something not really well done. Theyd call it undercooked* or fishy/gamey But the truth is we overcook stuff to oblivion and inihaw na Pusit is one of them unlucky as to get rid of that fishy taste. You did it justice! I knew it's doable but someone havent done it.

Plaice never needs anything on it. Cutting into pieces I find incomprehensible. Just put a little salt in the pan then fry very gently.
