Stands almost straight up in the rotation making the release very flat. As opposed to her standing throw where she has her chest pointed up and throws up and out. Gotta stay down a bit in the rotation, which I sucked at too. Maybe glide?

Points to improve: 1. Get the right foot farther out in the beginning while putting more of your weight on the left foot. 2. Work on leaving the right hand more behind while beginning the throw at the right ankle. 3. Leave the right hip behind and let the twist of the ankle determine when it goes forward. 4. Work on feeling like your 7 foot tall!

In high school My football coach is also a track and field coach he was trying so hard to convince me to do shop put in track season but I rejected i was to into football and basketball because 1 day he ask me to throw a shop put I did so he freaked out because I had no technique no experience and I threw it 74feet and 10 inches 1st time try he yelled out God damn that boy from the pacific islands I got scared. I asked him what is that good I was confuse because I did not know anything about track and field and he told me that the world record for men shop put was like 76feet I was like really in my head I was telling myself that not even my full potential of strength I wasnt even trying😂
