Hi, I have hundreds of billacceptor sc66 and I face many jam problems that always occur at the end of the acceptor. As the acceptors stay inside the safe and I use a plastic rule for unblocking. With it I push the banknote and that clears the jam. Do you face these problems? how do you solve or reduce the occurrence? is there a tool to clean the acceptor without having to remove it from the vending machine? thanks.
