Great video. Great motivation. Great vibes. Keep pushing boundaries, they tend to be other people's boundaries anyway!
Building towards it day by day!
Fire
This is just too awesome. 🫡🙌
Hey! it was so cool, loved every bit of it. I wish to attend you live someday. Sending love from India bud ❤
This is FIRE! What a great day for the team and the 10 legends who smashed the race
I love how relaxed everyone is. Until that quiet moment right before "sleep"
Great Video. You guys are awesome. I thinks it’s great how you all push each other and build each other up. I’m running my first marathon in May and am really intrigued by ultra marathons. There is a 50 mile race by me in August I might sign up for and then may try a 100 after that. Keep up the great work and thank you for the great documentary.
tl;dr ... LET'S GO
Love QUEEN playing in the background! TEAMWORK makes the dream work.
Running this next year, thanks for the video

Nice job fellas!

Much respect to you at Tribal, for letting us see you being vulnerable during the race. That was real and inspiring! Doesn’t have to be go hard all the time.

KING THINGS!
@@Mattbarentsen I appreciate your support bro!! 💪🏼
I watched this the other day. Pretty well recap of the whole experience. So much happens when you're just having the best times on the saddle, on the run and on the swim with the best company and getting the vheat code to all the best coffee shop stops and more pasta than mama allows 😆
This is awesome! I love you guys all the more for this.

Господи, что там на заднем фоне? Как будто самолет прям над домом пролетел. Техника выполнения, кстати классная❤
This looks easy to do, why all the noise??
❤.
I watched you do a total of 0 squats. Good job👍
These shorts are nice! Maybe a longer follow along would smash the YT algo

he is running with exact same techneque, its just that he is running faster on the right one. He probably was in better shape
Great pointers. I feel attacked 😂😅 I'm definitely going for that complete to compete mindset for sure.
@@stephanosbacchus575 bahhh 🤣🤣 thanks for checking it out mate!!
This video got recommended to me in my feed (good to see the new RUclips algo at work) Enjoyed watching your video. One piece of feedback from a random stranger’s POV: I actually preferred your Notion “one paragraph” opening statement. “Endurance competition being a vehicle for personal development” It gets to the heart of a broader problem that folks are trying to solve for themselves: personal development. Personal development is a struggle for nearly every human on earth. It seems your endurance training journey improved your own personal development in various aspects of life along the process. Self-confidence Collaboration Resilience Overcoming obstacles Etc. Etc. Then you can structure the stories in the book with what area of personal development they helped improve. Just food for thought. Good luck man and subscribed so I can see the journey 🫡
And I would put your background as Chapter 2 if you need to share your “why” of your thought process. Share the craziest story upfront, no background is needed. Your actions and reactions in those moments will show the value of the endurance training in real-time. Then you share background on how you got to this moment and why you sought this out… lol I’m typing this as I watch the video in real-time. So it may not make as much sense as I think it does. ✌️
@@RantPocalypse amazing feedback, thank you!!
Chill. You look way to fresh! Can't wait to dive in and see how I am apply this to my first book...
Church fit been going off!! Thank you for noticing 🤣💪
This is a MUST!! Would be so epic
LFG
Tribal vibes are the best. I can feel the intensity of this race from just the enthusiasm alone. Great job mate.

Aye G. What sup?
Joining Tribal Training is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
This was awesome to be part of.
My cadence is pretty high, but I think I focused too much on turning my feet over and not enough on pushing power out the back. I focused on that today with a vo2 max segment at the end of my long run and was able to go much more quickly than normal and felt a ton of engagement, particularly in my hamstrings. I noticed that my feet kicked up higher behind me naturally as well, which is something I've seen in other very fast runners but have never been able to accomplish. Thanks for posting this video. You might've just helped me unlock a lot of hidden speed!
Thank you both! It was very coherent and well explained for a newby like me! Congrats! 😊
Nice job on improving your cadence. My only hesitation is looking at my stride analysis I am at low 160's when going at 9 minutes/mile pace, but closer to ideal (180) in the low 170's when running at 6 minutes/mile pace. At 6'1" and my head not bouncing much at all, I didn't think I have an issue. Feel free to share any thoughts on my situation. I too have had a lot of recent hip soreness, so maybe something could be off in my form, shoes, or intensity.
I would focus on power coming out the back. It's easy to increase your cadence when you are running faster. But we want that easy 9 min pacing up from 160. More forward knee drive and less power out the back should help
I struggle with cadence and never knew why. Im going to try this out. Thanks!
thanks for watching!
