Best ever Sel Roti for Beginners | Quick & Easy Recipe
Ingredients:
Rice- 2 cup
Sugar- 8 tbs
Ghee- 4 tbs
Cardamom powder- 2 tbs
Oil
Step 1:
To begin making sel roti, start by soaking the rice. Take a bowl and add 2 cups of rice. Pour enough water into the bowl to fully cover the rice. Allow it to soak overnight.
Step 2:
To prepare the batter for sel roti, transfer the soaked rice into a blender. Add 4 tablespoon of ghee, 8tablespoon of sugar, and 2 teaspoon of cardamom powder. Pour in some water and blend everything together until the mixture becomes smooth.
Step 3:
Pour the blended batter into a container and leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
Don’t forget to keep the flames high. Heat the oil in high flames, And just follow the steps as in the video.
