Idk how people just downplay the effects of football for entertainment & money. People say he threw away his career but his severe case of CTE was always going to be an issue regardless of his crimes.

Who actually watched his amazing short career, what a bright future and possible hall of fame tight end some day. Damn shame just how much of a waste of talent this young man was. RIP

This was also Wes Welker's last game as a Patriot and he also played well in this 2nd straight AFC title game rematch with a couple of catches with over 100 yards receiving and a TD aside from the key 3rd down drop he had in the 3rd quarter which was clearly his mistake. The drop Wes had in this rematch game was worst compared to the one in SB46 against the Giants because that 3rd down throw Brady made to him it was good just a screw up on Wes. The 2nd down SB46 drop was more on Brady because that was a little bit behind him. That 2013 AFC Championship game though same teams same place but Ravens got brutal revenge on us big time after we ended their season in the 2012 AFC Championship game 23-20 forever. Billy Cundiff rushed the kick and we didn't try to ice him from 32 yards. 2 plays before that Sterling Moore makes a huge defensive play on the 2nd down preventing the game winner from happening.
