Military Kids and LoneStar singing I'm Already There...
Happy birthday Anchorage! On June 20th Anchorage had a free outdoor concert downtown featuring LoneStar to celebrate our centennial. We brought a group of military kids whose parents are serving overseas to sing with the band and LoneStar invited them on stage. Thanks to GCI and

I can’t imagine how hard it must’ve been for these kids to keep their emotions together while singing this song because it is a very emotional song and I can’t even sing it without feeling sad and depressed. I love this song and also my two grandpas were in the war but they came back alive but then they passed away from old age...I’m so grateful for my two grandpas for risking their lives to fight for our country. I’m from Canada by the way...anyway this song is very emotional...touches my heart...I don’t know what else to say but thank you my grandpas for fighting for our country I never met them in person but I know they’re in a better place now...I always get the sad feeling every time I hear this song..once again love this video and the song..it really touches me 💞🥺

For me, it was okay... (I was 20 years old when it came out). The one Fall morning, 4 plains full of Americans went down, and we went to war. Shortly later this songs remix came out... Well 20 years later, it still brings tears to our eyes.
