i used paint 3d to make the tophat

I downloaded a 3D model from the internet. When i drag it in Roblox Studio, it's all grey. It comes with the texture file too but when i drag it on the model, well it doesn't quite work. I tried to add a SurfaceAppearnce, but it still didn't work.
