The sensors in these modern phones are getting near SLR quality but the lack of focal length will always be their downfall and digital zoom just doesn't cut it. The are damn good for snapshots though. Better than a cheap digital camera, hence why the market has gone for these now.
Nailed it! I went for this model as it has a decent 65mm optical lens that is perfect for street photography when you don’t want to take a dedicated camera.
