This was a fantastic video- I'm a VERY frequent Salmon Run player, and I'd have to agree with pretty much all of the placements on this list. Honestly, there are certain weapons I always felt like were... Kind of really bad? Specifically the bottom three- I always wondered for a while if it was just a me problem or if it was the weapon. Except Tetras, those felt like garbage the second I first played them. lol. But I appreciate the way you talked about all of it, and it really helped put things into place for me to the point where I'm probably going to use this list as a reference point for my own personal rankings. I know it's a month or so since this video came out, but I for one would absolutely love more long-form content and rankings, if you haven't already done any. Good Salmon Run content is SO hard to find, let alone anything that's more than a few minutes. Great work on this one!

I got close to beating this once during the Grand Big Run. Leading Megalodontia to friendly fire the others seems the best play. Horrorboros seems the toughest to lure it to, though. I didn’t know all Kings could friendly fire the others aside from Megalodontia!

Took me a while to understand how this weapon works but once I did I fell in love. It's just so fun to play, and hopefully people who watch this video understand that they're a game changer if they play it right.

The main reason I don't like this weapon is because of how hard it is to carry with in Freelance, and I almost always play Freelance. Any tips on carrying with it?

What I hope is constructive criticism: I don't watch a lot of competitive game play outside of, like, the last two EVOs, but would it make more sense to do one team's round at a time instead of both of them simultaneously? I also don't know how that would work with both teams streaming simultaneously, if the rounds would have to be prerecorded, etc. Dunno if any of this makes sense, but in short I mainly paid attention to Snooze Button because I could have their separate stream open at the same time as your commentary while Balanced Diet's was mostly in the smaller PiP. I know you mentioned technical difficulties at the beginning of the video, so maybe this is all a moot point once you're able to get better quality feeds from both teams. Separate question: do the goldies in fog waves drop the same amount of eggs per seed, or is it fully RNG? If it's pure RNG, I think that would be an argument against including them in a competitive setting. But if, say, goldie #1 always dropped the same amount of eggs when the scenario code is used, that's cool. Again, dunno how much of this makes sense (I've been watching this upload in bits and pieces over the last two days) and maybe you should ignore me because I don't typically watch a lot of this kind of content. In any case, thanks to you and everyone else for putting this together and broadcasting it! It was interesting!

I really wish Splatoon devs can take note of this, it would be great to have a ranking system in salmon run similar to the one in regular battles, there is a lot of people into the PvE side of splatoon and I would really love to see events like this in the official Nintendo events! I hope Triumvirate waves become more common now that the game's in its twilight years. That and I hope that they never ever have them show up on Jammin' Salmon Junction again--getting two high tide Triumvirate fights in a row there is violently draining

I never knew Grizzco Slosher pierced armored Salmonoids, I guess I kinda became Hard Wired to never waste ink on armored Salmonoids until their weak spot is vulnerable, thank you.

Nice video, im sooooo sick of people saying this weapon is bad then complaining when people say to them its a skill issue. its seriously the most broken weapon in the game, no other weapon, in multiplayer or salmon run, can do the job it was designed for better than the grizzco slosher. well probably other than snipe writer taking the role of cooler farm, that weapon does that pretty well too

Best grizzco weapon in the game over Tana is insane but valid. I honestly rank grizz slosher and tana around the same level, the difference being tana is a lot easier to use than the slosher
