I noticed this entire show is very very Pro lgbtq and they tend to promote and cause to prosper all of these relationships and yet the heterosexual relationships are basically killed off or downplayed. Think about it. Otis and Maeve don't work out, Otis and Ruby don't work out, Otis and Ola don't work out, Adam's parents don't work out, Jean and Jakob don't work out, even Maeve and Isaac don't work out. The lgbtq relationships are far more successful and highlighted in this program. And the whole "sexuality is fluid ?" concept is very much pushed.

At 3:54 one of the earliest indicating moments that Maeve is beginning to like Otis. She picks up his sweater, folds it, then brings it to her nose to smell it, and she closes her eyes. That closing of the eyes is significant.

They deserved a very happy ending They deserved much better I don't know why I was crying at his death scene and again reassuring my self that it is just a kdrama He was the person who was there at her worst time and he was the last person she relayed on. This show was an overnight classic and nobody will ever take that away from me. It didn’t get enough credit and they deserved better writers. I wish a revamp with the same cast was possible but it’s been too long at this point. This show still had so much potential. ❤

One random thing I really love about them being together is how Katniss states "We are NOT star-crossed lovers!" Reason being is that star-crossed implies they were never meant to be in that lifetime. So in this case, she claimed it with all her heart, and was absolutely right ❤ tragic beginnings don't always have to end that way. It also is possible to make it through alive, but it is still so long as both parties are willing to fight for it.
