My reason for wanting to move out is because I hate the suburbs of Texas & wanna live somewhere with more pretty girls, more people my age, & where everything I need is within walking or short driving distance. Pearland is a car-dependent traffic-clogged wasteland & everyone here is old. The lack of social interaction is real bad for my autism too & nobody's interacting with their townspeople when we're all stuck driving.

I'm thinking of ending myself in a bloody way to escape this rut. I'm 31, autistic, & live with my parents deep in the suburbs of Texas. I'm also a virgin who's never had a girlfriend, & where I live there are no girls cause only old people live down here. I despise the Pearland Alvin triangle because everything is so damn spread out that I HAVE to have a car, & drive vast distances for simple shopping trips. I've become quite Progressive living here despite everyone else being MAGA red. My only income is social security & I don't have a job. My only other way of making a little money is donating plasma, which is a 50 minute drive to Pasadena. Nobody is hiring & the job market is horrible. How the F*** am I supposed to "Move out" on such a horrible budget? And where to? Is there anywhere within driving distance of Houston that is cheap, walkable, friendly, & full of opportunity? Nobody can answer how I'm supposed to afford to move when I have no money & can't get a job. And my family would need someone to replace me, cause I have to do alot of work for my disabled grandma & aging parents. They'd need someone to move in who can pick up their prescriptions, do their shopping, yardwork, etc.

D.R.Horton is trash in most places. Who cares about no down payment when a 1% will coat you 90 years. Also the home will need 5k before year is out, but don't worry the inspector will say it's great 😅

Most of the homes built around Orlando are garbage. They are built like paper planes. They just throw up as many as they can, as fast as they can. I'm in a new home build and it's cheaply built. The subdivision community homes around here look copy and pasted.

If wanting to sell a new construction home in a new community that was purchased cash, and that you have been living in for a year, is it better to wait until the community is built out so the builder wont be your competition while selling? Or is it it possible to sell competing against builder?

as pretty as mt dora is, i refuse to live in lake county again (im 80% sure its part of it). had so many bad experiences living in tavares and running around all of lake county that id rather live in kissimme again. winter gardens and clermot have to be some of the best ones tho IMP. citrus springs is currently under development and more neighborhoods are being built, i say give it around 10-20 years and its gon be as big as these ones you mentioned on the video.
